By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
All items — whether jewelry, bags, or hair accessories — are handmade with care.

General PoliciesAll sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges.Each item is handcrafted, often one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches.Slight variations or imperfections are natural in handmade work and part of its charm.Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and lighting in photos.Please read all item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Shipping PoliciesOrders are shipped on weekends only via Pudo, as I am unavailable to ship during the week.Once your package is dropped off, I am not responsible for any loss, delays, or damage that may occur during transit.
If your item arrives with serious damage, I may offer repairs (for jewelry or hair pins) or discuss a solution on a case-by-case basis (for bags).Please handle all items with care to ensure longevity — especially delicate jewelry and hair sticks.Missing or Lost Package:You may initiate a missing package claim with Pudo. I’m happy to assist from my side if needed.Returned Packages (Failed Delivery):If your order is returned to me, I’ll confirm the address with you and resend it.
If shipping costs are not refunded, the buyer will need to cover reshipping.

Customization & RemakesMany pieces are one-of-a-kind, and remakes are not guaranteed due to limited materials.Pricing may vary depending on availability and time required.Custom Orders:Custom requests are welcomed for jewelry and hair pins/sticks, when possible.A 50% deposit is required before work begins (excluding shipping).Final price is based on material cost + estimated time required to complete your custom piece.Full details for placing custom orders will be provided on request or during open custom order periods.Gift Messages:Want to include a note with your order?
